RICHARDS, Phyllis 57, of Plant City, passed away Oct. 11, 2014. Phyllis was a graduate of Plant City high school, the same town where she was born and raised. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and worked at the Cracker Barrel in Seffner. Phyllis was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter and friend. She had a smile for everyone and was always putting the needs of others before her own. She is survived by her beloved family: husband, John; her mother, Maureen Tindle; her father, Paul F. Tindle stepmother, Beverly; her children: daughter, Christina (Todd) Zelcer, and son, Garrett Buckingham; 2 brothers, Paul F. Tindle II, and James L. Tindle; as well as countless friends who are all heartbroken over this loss. The family will gather privately to celebrate her life. -
